Have Questions? I’ve Got You Covered

Before you pack your bags, let’s clear up a few things. Here are answers to some of the most common questions about this kit and solo travel through Asia.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, 100% free — no strings attached.

This is a chance for you to meet with a qualified instructor, share your goals, and ask questions — without any pressure to commit. We believe in earning your trust before asking for anything in return. Many of our long-term clients started right here.

Do I need experience with Pilates?

Not at all — this session is designed for beginners.

In fact, most people who book this consultation have never done Pilates before. Our job is to guide you gently, explain everything clearly, and tailor the experience to your body and comfort level. No prior knowledge, experience, or fitness level required.

What should I wear or bring?

Just wear something comfortable and stretchy — like leggings or joggers.

You don’t need special gear. A T-shirt and socks are fine. If you have any previous injuries, feel free to bring notes or records, but it’s not necessary. We’ll provide everything else in the studio.

Can I book classes after my consultation?

Yes — and we’ll guide you to the best option for your goals.

After your assessment, we’ll walk you through your personalized plan and recommend the best next step — whether that’s private sessions, group classes, or an intro package. There’s no hard selling — just what makes sense for you.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens — and rescheduling is easy.

Your confirmation email will include a link to reschedule or cancel your consultation with just a couple of clicks. We ask that you try to give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible, but we’re flexible and understanding if something comes up.

Let me know if you'd like to add more questions or adjust the tone (e.g., more casual, more clinical, more luxury-style).
